Whether you’re looking for a romantic, acoustic backdrop for your wedding ceremony or a high-energy performance to get every guest on the dance floor, I offer a variety of packages designed to fit your day perfectly. All prices stated include an extra charge for travel if the venue is more than one hour away from the Colchester base.
Wedding Day Packages
The Ceremony - From £300
The most formal part of your day. Create a ceremony that is completely unique to you by adding the songs you love most at each moment.
- Pre-Ceremony: Approximately 20 minutes of live singing as your guests arrive and take their seats.
- Processional Song: A special song chosen by you that I will sing as you walk down the aisle.
- Signing The Register: Three songs chosen by you that I will sing as you sign the register and have your first photos taken as a married couple.
- Recessional Song: A special song chosen by you to be sung as you walk back up the aisle as newlyweds.
Drinks Reception - From £400
The part where you have your photos taken and get to mingle with your guests as you sip cocktails or bubbly and devour canapés! I can sing background music (indoors or outdoors) to create a beautiful ambience and keep your guests entertained as they chat. Or, maybe they want to have a little boogie to celebrate! I’ll go with the flow and make it as unique as you and the people that are most special to you!
- 2 x 45-minute sets of live singing to entertain your guests as you have photos taken and enjoy drinks and canapés.
Wedding Breakfast - From £400
This is your first meal as a married couple. Make it extra special by having a live singer entertaining in the background as you and your guests dine.
- A song chosen by you to enter the room as a newly married couple. (This is usually an upbeat song to get your guests up on their feet and cheering along - I will even announce you into the room if you’d like!)
- 2 x 40-minute sets of live background singing as you and your guests eat.
- Wireless microphone and use of speakers (if needed) for your speeches.
Evening Reception - From £500
Now it’s time to relax, celebrate, and party! Let me sing an intimate version of a song of your choice for your first dance, and then let the music get everyone on the dance floor!
- A song chosen by you for your first dance as a newly married couple.
- An optional Father-Daughter dance straight after the first dance (if required).
- 2 x 45-minute sets of live singing with songs chosen especially to get your guests dancing the night away.
Platinum Package
From £1000
I will sing at all the key moments throughout your whole wedding – day and evening! This package includes everything from the following packages…

For seamless coverage across your entire day, these combined packages offer exceptional value:
- Manned DJ Booth - My professional DJ service to keep the party going between live sets and afterwards until midnight (extra charges apply after midnight). Requests welcomed in advance! - £200
- Extra Song Requests - One complimentary song request per section of the day is included. Further requests are charged to cover practice, learning time, and backing track preparation. - £20 per song
- Extra/Longer Sets - Upgrade from the standard 2 x 45-minute sets to 3 x 45-minute sets or 2 x 1-hour sets to suit your specific day's timings. - £100

- 4-Piece Band – From £1000
- 5-Piece Band – From £1200

All prices stated include an extra charge for travel if the venue is more than one hour away from the Colchester base. Extra fees may be charged for early set-ups or lengthy waiting times.
Band Add-On Packages
- Manned DJ Booth - Our professional DJ service will seamlessly blend the music between the band's live sets and continue afterwards until midnight (extra charges apply after midnight). We read the crowd to ensure maximum dance floor participation! - £200
- Extra Song Requests - My wedding performers are very happy to learn one song free of charge. We charge an additional fee per song to cover the cost of each band member's time spent listening, learning, practising, and rehearsing. Be sure to check with us first, as we may already know it! - £60 per song
- Extra/Longer Sets - Our wedding bands Essex packages offer 2 × 45-minute sets as standard. If your schedule requires more, you can add an extra set (3 × 45-minute sets) or upgrade to 2 × 1-hour sets. - £200
Acoustic Duo Packages
The Ceremony
(Duo Package - From £550)
Add more wedding perfomers to your day.
The most formal part of your day. Create a ceremony that is completely unique to you by adding totally live music performed by our acoustic duo at each key moment.
- Pre-Ceremony: Approximately 20 minutes of live singing as your guests arrive and take their seats.
- Processional Song: A special song chosen by you that I will sing as you walk down the aisle.
- Signing The Register: Three songs chosen by you that I will sing as you sign the register and have your first photos taken as a married couple.
- Recessional Song: A special song chosen by you to be sung as you walk back up the aisle as newlyweds.

The part of the day where you have your photos taken, speak to your guests, and sip champagne! We can perform indoors or outdoors, creating a beautiful atmosphere to keep your wedding party and guests entertained. Alternatively, we can perform more upbeat songs at this point and really get the party started!

Acoustic Package Inclusions
All acoustic packages include the following as standard:
- Performance: 2 x 45-minute sets of live music (Except for the Ceremony only package).
- Equipment: Top quality PA system, speakers, equipment, and instruments.
- Atmosphere: Party lights (If needed).
- Background Music: Playlist music (in keeping with your event) played between sets (If needed).
- Request: One special song request learnt especially for you.
- Service: A friendly and professional experience with regular check-ins. (I’m happy to email, talk on the phone, text, or even have the occasional video call-whichever suits you best!)
Rest assured, I have full Public Liability Insurance, and all of our top-quality equipment is regularly PAT tested.
Upgrade To A Trio
The ultimate wedding performers, Trio!
You could also choose to upgrade to my acoustic trio. With the addition of a small drum kit, we can really bring that acoustic band sound that is currently so popular.
This is a great option to add if you’ve booked the duo for the daytime parts of your wedding but you want to add an extra layer to your evening party without booking a full electric band. The addition of the drums adds a beat that will really get your guests on the dance floor! Or you can of course book the trio as a stand alone option too!
- Additional Musician £250 - If you’d like to add our drummer with his small-scale drum kit to make an acoustic trio then let us know. Perfect for evening parties and events or as an upgrade in the evening if you have booked our duo throughout the day. Or, why not upgrade to a full band in the evening? Acoustic Add-On Packages
- Manned DJ Booth - We have a DJ booth and can keep the party going between our live sets and afterwards until midnight (extra charges apply after midnight). The music will blend seamlessly, and tracks will be chosen on the night, reading the crowd and ensuring maximum participation on the dance floor! If you have requests, just let us know in advance, and we will make sure they are loaded and ready to go!- £200
- Extra Song Requests - We are very happy to learn one song free of charge. This is usually your first dance song if you’re booking us for your wedding. We charge an additional fee for every extra song you want us to learn; this covers our time listening, learning, practising, and rehearsing. Be sure to check with us first, as we may already know it! - £20 per song
