1. Professional Services

All performance bookings are subject to availability. A booking is only considered confirmed once the required deposit has been cleared and a written confirmation has been issued.

2. Payment Terms

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a specific date.

• Balance: The remaining balance must be settled no later than [e.g., 14 days] before the event.

• Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation by the client, the deposit will be forfeited. Further cancellation fees may apply depending on the notice period given, as detailed in your specific booking contract.

3. Venue Requirements

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure the venue has the correct Performance Licencing and that the performance area is safe and adequate. Tracy – Wedding & Events Singer maintains valid Public Liability Insurance (PLI) and all equipment is PAT tested; certificates are available upon request.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Tracy – Wedding & Events Singer owns the intellectual property rights for all material on this website, including photographs, videos, and logos (unless in cases where permission has been granted for use). All rights are reserved.

5. Website Liability
